Jennifer & Hazel Wrigley - Mither O’ The Sea

The Wrigley sisters - Jennifer and Hazel - from Orkney, present more Orcadian, Shetland, Scottish and original tunes, some by the girls.

Joining them on the album are Aaron Jones (bass), Eamonn Coyne (banjo), Kevin Macrae (cello), Rick Bamford (percussion) and Simon Thoumire (concertina, whistle).

Jennifer (fiddle, Hardanger fiddle) and Hazel (guitar, piano) are extremely talented and until fairly recently toured far and wide, both in the UK and abroad, receiving high praise wherever they went.
