Warehouse sale and stock transfer

Dougie Stevenson of Scotdisc/Gordon Duncan Distribution announced in November that their large warehouse in Kilsyth was being sold, and labels warehousing there would have to remove stock. Greentrax immediately secured a fairly large storage room within the Cockenzie Hub but restricted space forced us to delete some of our slower-moving back catalogue titles.
A reduction in levels of stock was achieved by selling off albums to individual artists at a low price, and also by having a warehouse stock clearance sale on this website - brilliant value at £5.00 per CD.
This sale has gone well and will continue into early 2021. Some delay in delivery of website orders may be experienced between 1st and 9th February 2021 while the final transfer of remaining titles to Cockenzie takes place.
There will still be a substantial number of catalogue titles retained by Greentrax and we look forward to a brighter future when there is an end to the pandemic. Greentrax is sound and up there with the best labels - and already working on new releases for 2021!
