* The piping quartet Seudan - Calum MacCrimmon, Angus MacKenzie, Fin Moore and Angus Nicolson - will be releasing their album with a performance at a Piping Live! festival performance at the Piping Centre in Glasgow on 12th August.  This ensemble of Highland pipers were established with one thing in mind - to play in a rhythmic, communicative and exciting way.  The album will be released by Greentrax on 1st August.

* Ian Green will be making appearances this summer to promote his autobiography Fuzz To Folk - Trax Of My Life, at Stonehaven Folk Festival, Innerleithen Music Festival and the Edinburgh Book Festival.

* Buy tickets online for Greentrax’s much-anticipated 25th Anniversary Showcase Concert on Saturday 15th October 2011 at The Queen’s Hall in Edinburgh.  Confirmed artists to perform will include Barbara Dickson, Siobhan Miller, Patsy Seddon, Margaret Stewart, Fiona J MacKenzie, Mairi MacInnes, Archie Fisher (compere), Dick Gaughan, Alex Hodgson, Nick Keir, Stephen Quigg, Ian Bruce, Jamie Steele, The Cast, The Paul McKenna Band and the Haddington Pipe Band.  Tickets are £8 to £15.
